Exclusive Rights entitles you (buyer) the ability to use the purchased material for any & all commercial/ profitable and distribute unlimited units in both digital and physical format. Radio play and concert shows are ok for an exclusive purchase. You will own all ownership rights but can not re-sell or transfer the ownership rights to any beat that has been exclusively purchased.
